Three steps

Extract the whole folder. Then sweep.

    Extract everything

    Keep ClipSweep.exe beside its _internal folder. Do not run it from inside the ZIP.

    Run ClipSweep.exe

    Choose a setup, choose your clip library, then select the raw folder you want to sweep.

A note from Windows

SmartScreen may show “Unknown publisher.”

ClipSweep 1.7.8 is not code-signed. Windows may warn the first time you run it. Download only from the official link above, then choose More info and Run anyway if the checksum matches.

Updating an existing copy

Your settings live outside the app folder.

  1. Close ClipSweep.
  2. Extract the new ZIP.
  3. Replace the entire old ClipSweep application folder.
  4. Run ClipSweep.exe. Your license, settings, Broomies, and history remain in %APPDATA%\ClipTriage\.
